Mission statement
RGQ Advisors is a commercial real estate company, with over 3 decades of experience in the industry. Our primary focus has been on the development and or repositioning of retail centers, hotel opportunities and land development.
During the course of my career myself and partners owned and operated over 4,000,000 sf. of retail Malls nationally, I personally negotiated leases in excess of 1,280,000 sf. that included major department stores and national credit tenants of every type.
Overtime we have forged alliances with strategic partners and with these relationships we are able to provide unique opportunities to our clients; get one on one meetings with principals, create joint ventures and complete off market transactions.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality services and the ablilty to bring value-added insight to the table for all of our clients large or small.
Having experience numerous cycles in the market we can foresee market direction and quickly analyze the risks of a situation, make the decision that its a good time to buy or the determination an asset has reached its potential and its time to sell.
We have current buyer needs : 1) High quality full service hotels, major metroplitan area or tourist destinations, nationally. 2) High quality boutiques hotels. 3) Industrial land San Francisco Bay Area.
Our development arm, RGQ Development, LLC is currently in pursuit of development opportunities in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, for Hotel development, Apartment land, residential subdivision and well located Industrial sites.
