Plaza California is being developed as an exciting destination retail /entertainment center with luxury Hotels. The site offers over 1,500 ft. of frontage on Hwy 101, near dense population hubs of high income earners. This location has it all, at a major Hwy Exit, Cochrane Rd. less than 10 miles form San Jose and the rest of the Silicon Valley and Bay Area. All roads lead to Plaza California on the 101.
